Founded by Nan Li in 2017, Empower Yield (UK) limited was established to serve the property investors to achieve their investment goal by providing property management and property investment consultation initially in south east of London. After 5 years of development, the company has expended its business to commercial property brokerage service.

Having worked successively for multinational fund management companies such as BlackRock and BlueBay, Ms. Li Nan has decade of experience in asset investment, return, and risk analysis.
Starting in 2012, she began investing in London real estate and within a few years, she established a high-yielding portfolio of property investments based on her professional background in financial investment. Building on the positive market feedback she received, she founded Empower Yield UK Limited in 2017 (UK Financial Conduct Authority Registration Number 991322). The company aims to provide financing strategies and loan services for Chinese investors in the UK in commercial real estate investment.
